The contemporary and modern vessels serving routes from Piraeus to the Cyclades and the Dodecanese.
In addition, a vessel connecting Greece and Italy. The Blue Star Ferries was founded in November 1992.
Brief History
The shipping company DODEKANISOS SEAWAYS was founded in 1999 by George and Yiannis Spanos.
The first step was to buy a ship for passengers and vehicles for the daily connection of Rhodes with the islands of Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos and the larger port of Greece, Peiraeus but after few years the ship was sold.
